GHST World Inc. was organized on November 12, 1999 as a Nevada corporation GENERAL TELEPHONY COM INC. In 2002, the Company merged with and into I.A. Europe, leaving I.A. Europe as the surviving corporation and in 2008, the Company amended its certificate of incorporation to change its name in Ghost Technology Inc. From 2002, Ghst was a shell corporation with no assets, revenues or operations until January 2008 when it acquired rights to an advertisement filtration system for televisions . It subsequently abandoned that business and became a shell corporation again until 2018 when it entered the sports technology industry and in 2020 it obtained the rights to a US patent for Smart Shin Guard technology. We changed our name to “GHST World, Inc“.in Delaware (2017).
