GHST World Inc. held the Annual Shareholder meeting on February 28th, 2019, in West Palm Beach, Florida.
All of the proposals were approved with a very high ‘for vote’. The total votes were over 75% of the outstanding and the approval of the proposals goes from 75% to 99% of voters.
We thank all of the Shareholders for their contributions to the Company. We are excited to make now all of the changes and improvements for a great future of GHST World Inc.
